Cardinal Glass supports and promotes the use of Electronic Data Interchange (“EDI”) to exchange common business document such as orders, invoices, ship notices, acknowledgements, etc. with its valued customers.
Cardinal uses EDI to streamline the order / manufacturing process to turn a customer’s EDI order into a quality, finished glass product in a timely, efficient and cost effective manner.
Cardinal Glass supports a variety of customer EDI documents including:
Orders
Invoices
Ship Notices
Acknowledgements
These documents can be exchanged with Cardinal using a variety of formats and communication means.
Supported document formats include XML, X12, CSV and TXT.
Supported communication protocols include AS2, FTP and Email.
